Building a startup is HARD and the failure rates for startups are awfully high. From studying entrepreneurship and innovation, starting our own businesses, and running the Start.coop business accelerator, we know that there are things you can do to help you thrive and increase your business’ odds of success. So we created Lean Co-op, a free course that helps you do just that. By combining the best of the values-aligned cooperative ownership with the lean start-up approach we will share with you some of the best practices that entrepreneurs in our accelerator use to lay a solid foundation upon which they can build a robust business. 

This course is comprised of 6 modules (see curriculum below).

In each module, we walk you through both the theory and the practice, sharing examples and providing you with activities that we recommend you dive into as you build your business. There are also additional resources for each module, including worksheets, case studies, and links to additional information. Each module builds on the one before it so we highly recommend you take each module one at a time and complete the activities in each before moving on to the next.
